Newly scheduled committee meeting: The House Agriculture Committee meets today (Tuesday) to consider (among other things) the USDA 2012 budget proposal at 10 AM, in the 1300 Longworth House Office Building http://1.usa.gov/ic3N6f. At the meeting farm state lawmakers are expected to mark up their USDA budget proposals prior to a full Committee markup tentatively scheduled for later this week.
